| Terms & ConditionsTerms & ConditionsSHIPPING We offer two options for shipping, the first is a Royal Mail service, the second is a BusinessPost next working day delivery. Please note all our parcels will require a signature on delivery. This is for both peace of mind for both parties as parcels will be trackable. Next Working Day Delivery Orders requested for next working day delivery will be despatched on the same day we receive the order. Orders will only qualify for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12.30PM. Orders placed after 12.30PM will be despatched the following day. All orders for next working day delivery will require a signature on delivery. Please note that the BusinessPost service is unavailable to the following post codes and areas; AB31 to AB38; AB40 to AB56; IV1 to IV28; IV30 to IV32; IV36 to IV49; IV51 to IV56; IV63; KW1 to KW17; PA20; PA21 to PA38; PA41 to PA49; PA60 to PA78; PH4 to PH44; PH49; PH50; KA27 & 28; ALL ZE CODES, NORTHERN ISLAND, ISLE OF MAN AND CHANNEL ISLANDS. If a BusinessPost next working day service is requested for one of the above areas, we will despatch your order using the equivalent Royal Mail service. The driver will only attempt delivery once. If there is nobody to sign for the parcel a card will be left by the driver. You will then have 2 options. 1) You can collect the package from the depot stated on the card left by the driver 2) Arrange for delivery to be attempted again. Unfortunately Businesspost charge a further fee for redelivery of £3.50. We will not authorise a re-delivery until the customer has covered this fee.* * Failure to cover this fee, or if the parcel is not collected from the depot after a set amount of time will result in BusinessPost returning the package to us. In such an event you will be informed and refunded the cost of the item, less the £3.50 BusinessPost return fee and any postage paid. You can request for parcels to be left with neighbours by entering the relevant details in the 'comment' box during the check out procedure. Deliveries using this service will take place between 9AM & 6PM, Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays with this service. Channel 4 Models cannot be held responsible for any redelivery fees incurred. When selecting BusinessPost next day delivery the customer is responsible for making sure someone will be at the address to sign for the parcel. Royal Mail Services When selecting Royal Mail as your preferred delivery method expect delivery to take place between 2-5 working days. Again a signature will be required. If there is nobody to sign for the package you will need to collect from your local sorting office. Alternative Delivery Address For your first order parcels will only be despatched to the registered card holders address. Any subsequent orders can be dispatched to an alternative address by request, during the checkout procedure, such as a work address. We recommend this for BusinessPost services. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will automatically be updated as you alter quantities and products in thr shopping basket. Prices will range from the following Royal Mail Services: £2.50 (minimum charge) to £14.95 (maximum charge) BusinessPost: £4.99 (minimum) to £14.95 (maximum) The above maximum charges will not be exceeded. All our charges are inclusive of V.A.T. RETURNS We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with the products purchased from us. However in the event you need to return an item to us, the following terms apply. Unwanted Items If you change your mind and simply decide you no longer want an item once you have received it, please return it to us within 10 days of you receiving it, along with the a copy of the invoice, which would have been included in your parcel. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging and all componants are included. Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the item and once we are satisfied the item is in a resellable condition, you will be refunded the full amount of paid for the item, excluding any P+P. If we deem the item to have been tampered with, or if items are missing such as certificates for limited edition models, a 10% re-stocking fee will be incurred. Faulty Products We endeavour to select and pack products to make sure they arrive with you in good condition. However, if the product arrives damaged, with defects or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge for a like model or another model of the same value. Returning Products Contact us at sales@channel4models.com with a note of your wish to return a product. Include a short explanation why you wish to return a product and, if it has one, its fault or defect. Please also include in the email your original order number. A member of staff will give you a returns number by way of reply to your email, along with the address to send the item to. Please make sure you include your returns number together with a copy of the despatch note with the item. Also include a note of the action you wish to be taken, such as, refund, replacement or exchange. Please ensure you use a secure postage method such as a Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service when returning items. You are responsible for the good until they reach us. Failure to use a secure, trackable postage method could jeopardise any returns. PRIVACY All personal information is treated as confidential. The information we collect about you is used only to process your order. We do not sell your details to any other companies or organisations. CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS Orders can be accepted and paid for using a credit or debit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch/Solo cards) Your card will be debited via our retail outlets card machine, only when the goods are available and ready for despatch, (Channel 4 Models will appear on your card or bank statement) this will usually take place within 1 working day of you submitting your order. In the event we cannot fulfil your all of your order, you will only be charged for the goods we can supply (see below for information on backorders) If your card is declined or not authorised we will contact you to inform you & ask you to confirm your details. Our card processing machine will attempt to match the card to the address supplied, if all four of the above criteria match, we will authorise the transaction. If they do not all match we will not authorise the transaction. You will be informed of any such scenario. SECURITY Our site uses Thawte 256 Bit encryption and helps ensure all information is kept private between our web browsers and our customers web browsers. ORDER ACCEPTANCE We will send you an email confirming your order and containing details of your order. Your order represents an offer to Channel 4 Models to purchase a product/products and our acceptance of your order. Completion of the contract between us and and you, the customer, will only take place on despatch of the products. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order. This may be te result of the following; 1) The product is out of stock. 2) We were unable to obtain authorisation for payment. 3) Identification of a pricing or description error. ORDER CANCELLATION If you need to cancel an order please call us immediatley on 01202 789009. If we have already despatched your order, please see above for details on how to return an unwanted item. STOCK LEVELS & BACK ORDERS Stock levels on the website will be updated at 5PM Monday - Saturday. In the event that you order an item/items that are out of stock, we will despatch all items that are in stock and put any remaining outstanding items on back order. You will be informed by email of the items that have been despatched. You will have the option to leave any backordered items on order with us or cancel the item. If we are no longer to obtain an item you require, such as an item that has been discontinued, we will cancel your order and you will be informed. You will only ever be charged the one amount of postage (the amount originally quoted during checkout) There will be no extra postage charges for items on back order. PRE-ORDERS You can pre-order new items through our website. Any items that are only available for pre-order will say 'pre-order' instead of 'add to basket' and will have an estimated date for when we expect to receive the item in stock. You will be informed by email of any changes to this date by email. If you decide you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be sent an email when we receive the item into stock informing you that your pre-order is being processed. When this email is sent the pre-order will be deemed committed and you will not be able to cancel the item.
